JCPenney Software Engineer-II interview questions

Meet and greet with HR rep. Interviews (panel of 5) were very thorough in a process with five 30 minute blocks for different assessments (personality and technical). Overall, process was very positive and comfortable.

I had a 30 mins phone round with the hiring manager and a 3 hr onsite interview with different managers. The interview covered behavioral, technical and some basic questions on my background. Had clear communication throughout the interview process. Recruiting coordinator was very transparent in communicating the feedback after each round. The process took 2+ weeks, Overall it was a good experience in interviewing with JCPenny.
