I applied 3 days before I received a call scheduling an interview.. The interview was a couple days later. The interview I was at only involved one question, and then a group activity. After this activity was over, the interview was too. I received a call 3 days later saying they could not give me the position I applied for, but gave me an offer for a sales floor position in the kids department. I accepted and start training in two weeks.

The interview was very straight forward no thrills or tricks. I interviewed onsite with and HR manager who was very helpful.

I saw they were doing drop-in interviews, so I went home and printed out a resume. They looked over my resume then asked a few questions. Then I was basically hired on the spot.
