The process was very fun, more than knowing my abilities Interviewers also care about the person which makes the interviewee feel more comfortable and allows to respond better feeling less nervous.

I was recruited by the GM. Never filled out the application till the interview. Was told it would be mine because he saw how I worked, then never heard from them.
