I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JCPenney (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
I was interviewed by the manager of women's wear and then the store manager. Each interview took approximately 15 minutes. Once the first manager approved, she needed to seek the approval of the manager of the store. I imagine that if the first interview doesn't go well, you will not speak with the second manager. This could help you to gauge how the interview went.

Question 1
They asked me about my volunteer experience and what causes i stood for.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Selected candidates then participate in one or more interviews with the hiring team, which may include behavioral and role-specific questions. Final candidates may be asked to complete an assessment or meet with senior stakeholders before a hiring decision is made. Candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
