Interview
I had 2 interviews with the department supervisor and the store manager. The typical questions were asked, nothing unusual or difficult. A standard interview is used for JC Penney. I liked that the store manager took the time to sit down with me to discuss future opportunities with the company.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
