I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JCPenney (Waycross, GA) in Nov 2018
Interview
it was a group interview. there was four of us & three hiring managers in there we went around introducing ourselves then we did a group activity building blocks. each of us had to go look at a picture for 10 seconds & tell the rest what we saw but we couldn’t touch the blocks when it was our turn to look at the picture then lead. after that we each got two cards an associate card & a costumer card we had to role play what was on our card when we were done with that we did single interviews. my interview was last she offered me two positions said i would be great at either one.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Selected candidates then participate in one or more interviews with the hiring team, which may include behavioral and role-specific questions. Final candidates may be asked to complete an assessment or meet with senior stakeholders before a hiring decision is made. Candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
