Interview
I had a phone interview with a Recruiter. She was actually 20 minutes late in calling me for the interview, knowing that it would be during my lunch hour at work. The 2nd and 3rd interviews were with the Field Manager and Store Manager. The Field Manager was also late in starting the interview. The 4th interview was with the District Manager. He decided not to use the required interview guide. He didn't like the fact that I had goals and wanted to advance with the company. All interviews lasted about an hour each.
After wasting 4 hours of my life, no one has even contacted me to let me know what decision was made. It's very unprofessional and frustrating. I expected more.

Interview
I had the delightful pleasure to meet four polite and company positive individuals during the process. Each hiring representative was easy to engage with in the exchange of dialogue for the position requirements and my skill set for candidacy. Sufficient information was provided to me and an open invitation time for my questions. All parties with whom I was introduced were honest and sincere and presented true to the JCPenney's commercial song: We are Family. Work is where we are 5 out of 7 days and I can appreciate that type of inclusive culture.

firsy phone interview was fast and nice i got to get a good idea of the position available and was able to talk and ask any questions i needed without feeling scared or uncomfortable very exciting

Interview
Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I went through at least four interviews but it is understandable for this position. They call exactly when they say they will call. The questions were not hard to answer.
