The recruiter reached out to me regarding an open position. She requested my resume and responded with “your background does seem to align with this role and I’d like to speak with you further”. First question: tell me about your experience with mobile generators. Me: I don’t have any experience with mobile generators. Her: this won’t be a good fit. The recruiter didn’t even look at my resume or she would’ve known that I didn’t have any as indicated by my thorough resume.

Structured. Typically they ask you pre determined questions. Generally there will be a person from HR and an operations manager. Dress nice as they take note of your appearance. Be there ahead of time and greet them as they greet you.
