the interview process for JCB was structured and had several stages. It began with a phone screening where I was asked about my background, relevant experience, and my interest in the role and the company. This initial conversation helped establish my fit for the position. Next, I had a 1:1 technical interview with a hiring manager, where I was asked to demonstrate my technical skills. They asked about my past projects, particularly focusing on my database and AI experience, which aligned with the role. I was also given some problem-solving scenarios to assess my ability to think critically and apply my technical knowledge.
