It was a group interview on Teams. We first played a game called "ping", where we had to count to a decided upon number. We had 3 minutes to strategize, create an order to count, and decide on a goal number. While counting, you had to say "ping" instead of 7, multiples of 7, and numbers that end in 7. The second activity was a word puzzle that we had 30 minutes to figure out as a group. The final portion was our elevator pitches. We all gave a roughly 1 minute elevator pitch. The interview was a waste of time and very frustrating. You are interviewing with applicants that applied to the trainee program and internships so it is a mix of undergraduate and graduate students. It felt like this method was used as a way for the HR team to quickly vet us as fast as possible. There was no one on one discussion with the recruiters/HR and they did not provide time for additional questions. If you already have interviews and offers, do not waste your time. The job is not worth this bs.
