Interview
The interview process is honestly quite long. Not because of unnecessary bureaucracy but rather because they want to make sure the right personality and experience are hired. J2 hires the "best of the best" in the healthcare integration industry so it's no surprise that careful attention is paid during the interview process.

Question 1
The questions ranged from background and personality with a couple of the interviewers to a very technical focus to understand my background with another interviewer. It was not overly difficult or much different from previous interviews.
The interview process is fairly average. You will conduct 5 total interviews. They range from technical to personality to ensure that you are a good fit for their culture. It was an overall pleasant and down to earth experience.
