The interview process was very well coordinated and spaced. Feedback was given within days of each interview and next steps were clearly communicated and met. Each interviewer focused on different areas of expertise and skills.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at J.S. Held (South Bend, IN) in May 2026
Interview
I had three interviews - one with HR, and two with critical members of the larger team. Each was one-on-one and personal. The interview was an excellent expression of the culture of the organization and determining whether I would be a good fit.
