The interview process was highly disorganized. Interviewers were consistently late, and on one occasion, one failed to attend entirely. What puzzled me the most was the minimal emphasis on technical skills, as the interviews were predominantly focused on behavioral aspects. One interview lasted only 10 minutes, during which the manager merely asked for my name and how I was doing.
