Applied online on the company's website. Immediately received an automated email for me to do the online assessment test before I could go any further. I took the test maybe a day later. It mainly focused on counting and customer service. The next night, I received an email for a digital interview that I had to complete within a few days. I thought it would be a video interview, but it ended up just being a thing where I was given questions and I recorded my answers within a certain time frame. Got a call for an interview about 2-3 days later, and the very next day, got a call from a branch manager himself for me to come in for an interview as well. Both got scheduled on the same day for different locations. The interview for the branch manager was first for that day. I interviewed with the branch manager and assistant branch manager. It went really well. They made me feel really comfortable. After I left the interview, I received a call about 20 minutes later with an offer for the job. I accepted and also attended my other scheduled interview for that day. I received a ton of emails for pre-employment forms that I had to complete, as well as background check, drug test, and get my fingerprints done. That whole process took me close to a week to complete. Once everything was complete and came back good on my end, I received an email saying I was approved to start on the day they gave me to start, which was 2 weeks after my initial offer. The wait for results and approval was very brutal, I must say. I was really excited to work at this bank, so I did not want anything to go wrong. Overall, I've been there for over 90 days so far and I enjoy my job. It was a hectic, but great experience applying and interviewing for Chase.
