1. Online one-way Interview. 2. Followed by assessment centre online. This involved a lengthy case study which was to be analysed and discussed, followed by a competency-based interview. These were with senior members in the team.

Interviewers are super nice and make you feel comfortable throughout, they give you hints if you’re stuck. No group work in the assessment centre. It will be a case study, technical interview and behavioural interview.
