Very efficient process - it takes only two weeks roughly from contacting, interviewing to offering
Quickest ever arrangement on interviews and HR is very responsive and the interview experience has been very decent

Applied for Trade Support Position. Was being interviewed by 2 Associate level VP's.
Interview lasted of going out thoroughly thru my resume.
At times I was asked random questions like...
"What did you do last night" " what will you do after this interview" " what would you do if your computer breaks" " what do you do for fun" etc..
some general questions about what I know of JP Morgan, why JP morgan, where do Isee myself in 2-5 years, why this position... basically one hit after the other just bombarded me with questions - however I was very well prepared by my recruiter so I had no stress answering all of them instantaneously.
Nothing technical. Basically went through resume especially on relevant experiences. Added few question about what the product is. But they apparently care about whether you have relevant background the most.
