It is a Hirevue virtual interview and it asked 3 questions. Each question has 1-2 minutes to prepare and record 2 times. Each answer should be less than 3 minutes.

I think the second stage of the application process is the video interview by Hirevue. It is overall quite a friendly process, compared to the video interview of other multinational companies. You have to answer 3 questions. You will have 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to present your answers to the questions. I believe that I had to first talk about why I want to specifically work at JP Morgan. Then, I was asked about a time, when I used data to analyse a problem and draw a conclusion. I cannot remember the third one. I am still in the process, so I do not know the outcome yet. Also, you will have 2 chances at replying the question, so it is easier than at other companies.
