Interview
one phone interview in November and one assessment centre in December. Offers will be released in late December. The first phone interview will be basically about your motivation to join Jp morgan and the position you chose.
There were 4 stages involved:
1. submit your online application
2. video interview (hirevue)
3. 1 hour virtual group case study
4. two one-on-one interviews with employees from the division (30 minutes each)
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied online in November and was invited for an assessment centre in January. The AC lasted for 4 hours approx, and was made of one individual assessment + one group assessment + two half an hour competency-based interviews with different managers of the finance division. At the end I had time to ask them some questions.
