After the initial online application, there was also an online set of tests - verbal and quantitative aptitude tests. there were about 5 sets of interviews in all, which took place over 2 different visits to JPM - 2 during the initial interview, and 3 during the assessment centre, including presentations.
Traditional interview with boiler plate questions. Long process with many calls adn speaking. you will not know if you get job from interview. hard read in the end. not much different fomr other banks in the indstrie.

Interviewer was friendly and explained the role in detail. Atmosphere was good and comfortable and interview was more like a discussion

Interview
They usually look for your CV, you need to have at least 8,5 total average. After that you'll have an interview with a 30 min. duration, if you pass then you proceed to an Assessment Centre.
