Submitted resume and was contacted for an on-campus interview. All the candidates were booked back to back so they were backlogged by 15 min or so for each person. Interviewer was very personable, but intense, and had many years of experience under his belt. It ran well as a conversation with a couple technical questions sprinkled in.
