Very Straight Forward Process, Phone Screen Interview, One on One interview with 3-4 people. Finally had interview with Hiring Manager. Lastly discussion with HR. No Salary Negotiations. Offer took three week to process.
Traditional interview with boiler plate questions. Long process with many calls adn speaking. you will not know if you get job from interview. hard read in the end. not much different fomr other banks in the indstrie.

Interview
They usually look for your CV, you need to have at least 8,5 total average. After that you'll have an interview with a 30 min. duration, if you pass then you proceed to an Assessment Centre.
