The interview process was quite comprehensive and consisted of three rounds, each serving a distinct purpose. The initial round was a technical interview, where I was assessed on my knowledge and problem-solving skills relevant to the position. This part of the interview allowed the interviewers to delve into my technical expertise and assess how well I could apply my knowledge to real-world scenarios. Following the technical round, there were competency interviews. This presentation was designed to assess my communication skills, the depth of my industry knowledge, and my ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner. It added a practical element to the process, allowing me to showcase my ability to present and articulate ideas effectively. Hireview was the first step where they asked you basic questions like "Why do you want to work for JP Morgan?" and "Why would you be a good fit for us?" The second step was a two hour introduction to HR, alumni of the CADP experience, and to talk about what it is.
