Formal two step interview. First day was based on basic behavioral/personal questions:
When have you been in a situation where a team member was unproductive and how did you handle it?
Have you ever been in a situation where you could not meet a deadline? How did you handle it?
etc.
Second day was on site of company. Two more interviews and a presentation was required.

The initial interview is very quick, they also like to have career events etc. There were some rounds of phone and a super day. You travel to their office and there were group exercise and single one to one's

Interview
It was an on-campus drive. The first round was online coding test. Two medium level questions were there to be done in 70 min. Next round was technical interview round. Basic string implementation questions were asked along with uses of data structures. In next round oop and dbms related questions were asked (traditional ones). The last round was HR round.
