Tedious and long. Too many meetings arranged and then cancelled. The folks I met were interesting and engaged. Probaby a good role at JPM but not sure of the firms commitment to the instit biz.

Interview
Smooth and systematic. No complaints. People were very friendly. Some didnt reply to emails which i didnt like but overall good experience. Had to drive far for one interview which was not ideal.
Excelled through 5 rounds of interviews to end up with the company choosing an internal candidate. I would like some of that time and energy I expended during the process back.
Interview process was easy and simple. Hiring manager called and brought me into the location and I spoke to the advisors and other associates and they gave me an offer.
