As it was my first experience in life for a job, I started well before time so that I may not be late. I reached there well in time. There was a big hall there and about 35 candidates were waiting for their chance.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Feb 2012
Interview
Received the email to call a recruiter for a phone interview. I had already done a phone interview in September, so now (February) she just reused my previous answers and sent them to the branch. About a week later I received a call from the Assistant Branch Manager asking me to come in for an interview. The interview went extremely well. She was friendly and easy-going. I had appropriate answers for all of the questions. I had a really good feeling about this interview, but I was given the standard "we are interviewing other candidates as well." A week later, I was offered the job by a recruiter. It has been a very smooth experience. I have already begun training at the branch, and have to complete 3.5 days of classroom training.
Be friendly, be well-prepared, smile, and sound INTERESTED in the job!

Question 1
On a scale of 1 to 10, how bad do you want this job?
It was super easy, and they asked very straight forward questions, and made me feel super comfortable. They asked me a few questions, they mostly wanted to know how personable I am.
Easy to track system, was well informed of the process and what to expect from the recruiter and hiring team. Clear and concise overall. I wish all processes with companies were this simple.
