Branch manager interview / district manger -(if more than one branch hiring they will have all branch managers -so it's like a board room interview )
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Feb 2012
Interview
It was a very straight forward process. I met the recruiter at a career fair, and she referred me online, where I had to pass a few assessments. From there, the recruiter called me and we discussed more in depth the positions available. I was contacted the next week and was informed of the next step, a panel interview with district managers. It went as any normal interview would, asking questions about my resume and some roleplaying. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Interview
You begin with a phone interview from one of the district managers. They basically try to find what your motives are, if you would work hard, and how good of a salesman you would be. Then you are told to interview at a Branch location, in which you speak with a branch manager. It's basically the same interview, but now face-to-face. Do good in those, drug test and you got the job.
