Poor communication. The recruiter was 15 minutes late to my phone screen due to technical issues, which I understood. During the call, we scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, and I was told a Zoom invite would be sent. The invite never came, and despite following up, I never received a response. Candidates invest time preparing for interviews and deserve clear communication and basic follow-through. Respecting applicants’ time and effort should be a basic part of the hiring process.

Lengthy, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. The HR process leaves a lot to be desired. The HR I interacted with didn't realize she hadn't ended our call, and proceeded to speak negatively about me to her colleagues about me. Just a poorly ran organization I'm glad I didn't work for.
