J. D. Heiskell & Company interview questions

There are several interviews and personality test that are administered to a candidate. The first interview will be a personality based, most likely if your resume fits the position. Then you will receive a personality matrix to be filled out, assuming you have a phone interview. If you are interviewing in person the personality tests will be done then as well. The phone interview lasted 45 minutes to an hour and the matrix took 15 minutes to fill out.
