Interview
it was a group orientation initially. Went well, but waited about a month, called and was told i wasn't the ideal candidate. I finally got in when i submitted an application at job fair at my school. Went for another group interview and got the job soon after. I guess I was a little more comfortable this time around because I knew what to expect.

Interview
The guy who interviewed me told me he had to interview one more girl and i would find out on Friday. I did not get hired because i did not have enough retail experience when i applied.
They process took a couple of weeks, I applied online and got a call back maybe two to three weeks later. They brought me in for a one on one interview with a manager at the Chicago location. The interview itself wasn't too difficult, I was offered to come in for a paid training session and then I was able to start at JCrew.

There wasn't anythung too difficult, was asked about precious retail experience as well as situational examples.

The interview process was not bad at all. Submitted my resume, got called for an in-person interview a week later and then followed up with a phone call with a week later.
