I met with a Marketing Manager named Matt. The interview was very casual, and he seemed nice. Afterwards, they asked me to complete a very comprehensive ad campaign for the company. I spent at least 90 minutes on this presentation during the Christmas period, only for them to cancel the next interview and then ghost me—totally unprofessional behavior.
