Phone interview with recruiter, Microsoft teams with District manager, regional manager. Setup to do hair follicle test background check. Called about two weeks later with a start date. Longest part was after drug screening

Interview
Great interview with the hiring manager for the first round, simple questions to get to know you. Afterwards, you move to the 2nd round with an Operations Manager. They were all basic questions surrounding if you have transferrable skills or not.
The interview process was a phone screening where they asked basic questions about background and education and if you are willing to relocate if needed. Next, the second round was a virtual meeting with two senior managers.
