The usual phone pre-screen from Ivenix' own recruiter. The reason that I give them a thumbs up is that the recruiter, Joe, was very well informed about the job, and knew exactly what he needed for the role. He asked the right questions and drilled down for specific details. Not only that, but he made a point of following up personally to tell me why I did not get it (it came down to a valid reason of a candidate with highly relevant experience). He also gave me professional advice to help in my job search, including telling me that I was underselling myself a bit. I usually never hear back from internal recruiters, so this was both a refreshing experience and an indicator that Ivenix hires good people.
