I applied online, the interview was done via video. Pretty basic OOP questions. They invited me for an orientation which they DONT pay you for. You have to commute to the middle of nowhere, costed me about $200 for the week. They tell you they don't pay for your accommodation if you live in NYC, however when I got there, I quickly realized that there were some people who live in NYC whom they paid for their hotel accommodation, very inconsistent policy. Anyways, after the week was over, theirs an evaluation where you're told if you passed or not based on some interview where the interviewers literally DONT care about what's going on. Some of them are texting on their phone the whole time during the process and give you whatever score they feel like. Mind you, these guys can barely speak english, you can barely understand them when they teach. Just not worth it for someone who lives and has work authorization. This is ONLY for people with no papers to work. Save yourself the time and especially money. They severely underpay you even if you do make it through the interview. Just NOT worth it. Few days I left there, I got a real job as front end developer.
