Ithaca City School District interview questions

most questions were about working with different ethnic groops, and wanting to know if had ever worked around these types of groops, and what kind of problems i had to deal with, and how i fixed some of the problems.

interview was with a committee of about 6 people who represented different stakeholders, such as administrators, teachers, board members, parent and union representative. No students were present, which I was disappointed in. The only hard thing about interviewing with a panel/committee, is that you don't really know who to make eye contact with when you are answering a question. Do you look at the person who asked it, or someone else? I just kept my eyes moving around the room, looking at everyone at some point in the process.
