2 to 3 contacts throughout the interview process. Its very professional until you speak with the area managers. I got the feeling they were looking for personalities that matched their own and did not base decisions on skill sets and asset to the company.

Very smooth process. Was contacted by a recruiter then set up with a in person interview with recruiter. Very casual interview to just get to know you and if you are the right fight. Second interview with a regional manager very casual as well.
