Irwin Mitchell Solicitor interview questions

Written essay style question regarding previous experience and application to company values followed by an interview with one of the partners and a senior colleague regarding experience and the role requirements.

The interview itself was fine and one of the better ones I’ve had. There were a few technical questions but mostly discussing experience and interests. Unfortunately a very lengthy, drawn out process (2 months from application to interview and another 2 month wait to just be rejected)
