start with initial phone screening with HR. then interview with team lead and department manager following week. then another round with management another two week. Then waited 2 week to receive rejection notice
The interview reflects their internal culture really well. This is a job that may not for everyone. But for someone is really good with dealing with the workplace stress. It can be doable.
