2 phone interviews approx. 1 hour each. In person with manager, in person with district manager. Both comfterable relaxed conversations pretty good questions (multi layered and original) everyone was nice and easy to talk to but where still testing my knowladge.

Ghosted After Interview! Disappointing Candidate Experience
The initial outreach was fast, and the role sounded like a good match. The interview was scheduled quickly after the recruiter’s text, which I appreciated. After a 30-minute interview with the hiring team, I never heard back! NO update, no feedback, nothing. I followed the process in good faith, but the lack of any follow-up was unprofessional and left a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices.
Respect candidates’ time by communicating decisions promptly. Even a short rejection email is better than silence. A professional process should value people whether they’re selected or not.
