Iron Horse Security specializes in customer service. They are different from the other companies I’ve worked for. They made us do a ton of customer service (paid) training and test us regularly. They really care about how we treat the customers and guests. They call us Brand Ambassadors and not guards. We still had to do the security /CPR training, but they really focus on customer service.
