Interview
The interview was done by tele-interview with the CEO the company. The interview process was casual and accommodating. We went through multiple questions including patient care and also what was being offered in the way of equipment.
Not interviewed by doc, but rather administrative employee who was knowledgeable but would have liked to have the background of the company provided by clinical employee.
Interview was conducted via tele so was convenient- there are multiple stages to the process but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Interview
Online interview via LyteSpark. It appears that they are trying to do a volume operation with few employees. I received at least 4-5 extra e-mails inviting me to set up an interview which already was scheduled. However, my impression was that they do not have a job to offer to you. It seems like they are creating a pool of physicians which are willing to work for certain compensation and hours. They posted multiple advertisements for a job with them in my state but they had no contracts available at the time of interview.

Very reasonable and easy interview. I was asked about hours I am willing to work. Also we talked about hourly compensation.
