Interview
Recruiter team contact with me through the email, after all the discussion he scheduled a telephonic interview, After qualifying telephonic interview there were a technical video meeting on teams, after qualifying that round once again the scheduled technical video meeting on teams saying that this a process, I said NP and continue with that round as well.
After all 3 round the scheduled Project Manager Round. After Manager round Recruiter contact me and said that "sir Project Manager round you have not qualified", I asked the feedback and he said that Manager give the feedback that while you are discussing you are using Hindi words in between. I surprised what a meaningless reason then again I asked him is there any other reason apart from this, he said no sir.
I have given him left and right like anything it is not because of I have not qualified but the meaningless reason which he gave.
I wrote here which happen with me, so that everyone aware about the process .
If you guy's respect your time and have other opportunity take your own decision.

Round 1)
Core java
Multithreading(ExecutorService, ThreadPool Synchronization),Collecton(ConcurrentHashMap vs HashMap),Abastraction, Encapsulation,JVM JDK and JRE, RDBMS, Spring.
Round 2->Deep dive on question asked on round 1,RDBMS Query, Hibernate if you know ,Spring, and The will give a problem mostly related to core java or your the will judge your problem solving skill and ask you write the program on Eclipse.
Round 3 -> Same as round 2
Round 4->Project Manager Round about your project, roles and responsibility etc.

Interview
I got the interview call from IRIS HR. So in total they took 2 technical and 1 manager round each of 30 mins in a soan of a week. After that HR did not provide any feedback. On multiple calls, she finally reverted saying client has changed the requirement so cannot proceed with your profile. In short they have successfully wasted my time and efforts in this entire process. And this is not with me but many others have reviewed same on google reviews of Iris. Please refer that as well.
(God knows how they claim to be CMMIL 5 company)
I would suggest not to waste your time with this screwed recruitment process of Iris unless you are an immediate joiner.

There were 2 technical rounds where in the first round they covered mostly basics of java by giving you some scenario based questions. second round was also technical related to spring boot microservices
