Straightforward with no difficult questions. More to see if you fit in. Very nice interviewers and good office location close to the train station. Would look like a nice place to work.

Interview
The interview process took place in large group sessions due to a high volume of applicants, with approximately 15–20 candidates per session and multiple groups being run overall. This format was not communicated in advance.
Each session began with a brief introduction from the facilitators, followed by structured group and paired activities designed to assess communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. While the process was organised and efficient from a logistical standpoint, it felt quite fast-paced and somewhat impersonal from a candidate perspective.
The group format limited opportunities for individual interaction, and the reliance on group-based exercises meant there was less scope to demonstrate skills in a traditional one-on-one interview setting. Overall, while I understand the need to manage a large applicant pool, the structure made it difficult to feel like an individual candidate was being fully assessed on their own merits.

Interview
Confusing, not a lot of context provided. Only an internal candidate would be able to answer some of the very specific questions or answer anything the right way. Never provided any feedback following, just ghosted.
