The interview process went well but took a total of 4 hours...it starts with a written test that takes 3 hours long and then an hour interview with a team member/HR. Was told that I would be notified in a couple weeks after the interview about the decision, but never got a phone call/email. Tried to follow up with them through email and still there was no response. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
