Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I was contacted by a recruiter and I did a phone interview. I was scheduled for an interview a few weeks after the phone interview in their new york office.
The first step is a one-way video interview. You record your answers to the questions and then if the recruiter is interested in your background and responses to the video interview then you will move onto a phone interview. My in person interview took place 2 months after the phone interview. The in person interview was 3.5 hours long. There is an assessment at the beginning where they test your math skills and attention to detail such as analyzing graphs and pointing out spelling errors in a survey questionnaire. The people I interviewed with were very nice. It's been 2 months since the in person interview and I never received a follow up call or email letting me know if I was chosen or rejected. This is the frustrating part. A rejection email at least lets you know it's time to move on but HR here can't even take the time to do that.
