I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ipsos (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview with HR which ended with my interviewer wanting to set up an in person interview with the hiring manager. My interviewer needed to get the hiring managers availability and that the interviewer would send me an email later that day with further details. I never received any further contact from the person I interviewed with, or anyone else at Ipsos, even after multiple attempts on my part to reach out to my point of contact.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
