I applied online through their website and got an e-mail on the day applications closed. The interview was on the phone and lasted about one hour. The questions were very detailed and based on my resume (no behavioral questions). The interviewers were all technical people.

Interview
Following an online application, I received a phone call from an HR rep to set up a phone interview. The interview consisted of five 30 minute interviews with different managers within the organization.
