1st round - Introductory half an hr - pretty casual 3 weeks later 2nd round - with 2 department leaders for 1.5 hrs with an assessment test. Week later 3rd round- with 3 staff members and CMO for 45 Mins Final call is from CMO with whom I had 15 mins chat at the end of interview process (that's what I was informed) Just gave an impression that all those who interviewed in 1st and 2nd round were kinda useless Another blunder of Start ups (Totally time consuming)
