Dry communication, horrible experience, scripted interview. Interviewer was from parent company. Red flag 1: Interviewer didn't read your resume. Surprise to hear "Did you work with SaaS product?" when it's written in your resume. Red flag 2: Open questions without context. "How you build a funnel for SaaS product?". The main idea of funnel is intermediate states. Intermediate states are defined by business process. Interviewer did not provide info about business process or any context. This question is OK, but as a part of next interview. Red flag 3: Overwhelming info about parent company. Interviewer told nothing about mission or values but numbers how many businesses they acquired. There were no questions about mined insights at previous job. Such questions quite common for this position but required interviewer to be in context. Of course there was no response after interview. I believe, I just had a bad luck and you in Invoice Simple do cool things and have a warm culture.
