The process involved a 3 stage interview but ended at 2. The interview consists of NCR, formulation, GMP, inventory control, and production control inquiries pertaining to my current job. Two hours after the interview, I was offered a Senior MA position instead of the MA 2 I applied for, which is great. I probably would not have accepted the MA 2 since the pay would be comparable to my current position.
