HR from Invisible Solutions reached out to me about a Software Engineer opportunity. The interview process included 7 steps (3 on-site rounds, one coding round, and the rest online). I completed all stages, including a system design interview.
However, throughout the process it was often unclear what the team actually wanted from the role and what impact the successful candidate would be expected to have. The expectations felt inconsistent across interviewers, which made the process feel unstructured.
After the final round, I waited for an update and ultimately did not receive an offer. I did not receive any feedback despite following up, and my last email was not answered. That left a negative impression and felt dismissive of the time invested.
Overall, I can't recommend the hiring process due to unclear role expectations and poor follow-up communication.
